How Do I Become a Patient?
FOR NEWBORNS
Please call the clinic to be placed on our prospective newborn list. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have! We want to help you make the best decision for your family.
FOR NEW FAMILIES TRANSFERRING
New patients are able to schedule online through the appointment link at the top of this page or by calling our office. New patient paperwork will be requested electronically via our check-in platform prior to your first appointment. We will discuss transfer of medical records during your appointment if needed. We encourage you to bring historical vaccine records with you if you are new to Washington State.
Accepted Insurance Packages
We accept most major commercial insurance packages
We are in-network with most Medicaid except Community Healthplan of WA (CHPWA). Our Medicaid patient panel is currently full. WE NOW HAVE A MEDICAID WAIT LIST. New Medicaid patients are not able to schedule online and must call the clinic to discuss.
We may schedule Tricare patients, but are considered out of network for this payer. Self-pay options are available.
